1. Non-Returnable Items

As per Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Trade and Services, alcoholic beverages are considered food products and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide a description and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
