Red Blend 2022
Wine of Vayots Dzor region.
The Tufenkian Heritage Red Blend ’22 is a field blend of the indigenous Armenian Areni and Tozot grapes grown in two small sustainably and eco-friendly farmed worked vineyards in Aghavnadzor and Areni villages lying 1200-1300 meters above sea level.
The vines are 60–70 years old and own-rooted on clay-based volcanic soils. Grapes are harvested and naturally fermented together with 20% whole-bunches. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
